GHS - Programs

I am the senior program coordinator for Global Action in Nursing (GAIN) at the Institute for Global Health Sciences. The goal of GAIN is to build a skilled cadre of nursing and midwifery leaders and reduce maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality in Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, and Sierra Leone through longitudinal bedside mentorship. In my role, I work closely with the frontline providers on program management, monitoring and evaluation activities, scientific writing, and data collection tool development.
