Abigail Gutmann-Gonzalez

Research Analyst

Abigail Gutmann-Gonzalez is a project director at the Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies and the Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health. Currently, she evaluates the Adolescent Sexual Health program sponsored by the California Department of Public Health’s Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) division and a PREIS funded sexual health intervention that combines traditional classroom instruction with digital technologies. Additionally, she conducts a qualitative binational study with the National Perinatology Institute of Mexico exploring experiences with prenatal and postnatal care, access to sexual and reproductive health services, and related outcomes of pregnant and parenting adolescents in Guanajuato, Mexico and Fresno, California.
