The Bixby Center is housed in the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital division of the UCSF Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences. We serve as a hub of sexual and reproductive health work at the university and foster a community of more than 200 members spanning disciplines, departments, and schools.

• Abortion Care Training Incubator for Outstanding Nurse Scholars is an innovative program that connects, mentors, and supports pre- and post-doctoral scholars pursuing a PhD or post-doctoral studies in the School of Nursing.
• Advancing Maternal Newborn & Child Health is a cooperative of researchers and implementers who work together on MNCH projects in low-resource settings worldwide.
• Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health is a leading research program that informs the most pressing debates on abortion and reproductive health.
• Beyond the Pill is a training and research program that promotes access to and equity in contraceptive care.
• Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health is a career development program for early-stage women’s health researchers.
• California Prevention Training Center builds the capacity of healthcare professionals working in HIV, STIs, sexual and reproductive health, and emerging public health needs to deliver high-quality, respectful, and inclusive services.
• The Complex Family Planning Fellowship is a 2-year fellowship program in a fully integrated clinical and research environment at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
• HIVE offers preconception, prenatal, and post-partum services for people living with HIV.
• Innovations for Choice and Autonomy is testing interventions that strengthen women’s autonomy and decision-making in contraceptive choice in sub-Saharan Africa.
• Innovating Education in Reproductive Health generates, curates, and disseminates free curricula and learning tools for health professions trainees, focused on sexual and reproductive health.
• The Kenneth J. Ryan Residency Training Program is a national initiative to integrate and enhance family planning training for obstetrics and gynecology residents. 
• Motivating Interdisciplinary Lactation Knowledge Research Lab works to improve maternal health outcomes of Black birthing people by conducting innovative human milk and lactation research and engaging in advocacy.
• Mt. Zion Center for Pregnancy Options provides abortion care and family planning services in a private, comfortable, and sensitive environment.
• The Person-Centered Reproductive Health Program aims to advance reproductive autonomy and well-being by conducting research and designing programs that center people’s experiences and preferences for sexual and reproductive health care.
• Team Lily is a multidisciplinary care team providing person-centered, trauma-informed, wrap-around services to pregnant and postpartum people.  
• Training in Early Abortion for Comprehensive Health Care is a national leader in abortion training and curriculum innovation with a focus on family medicine trainees, whose mission is to cultivate the next generation of diverse reproductive health champions.
• University of Zimbabwe Clinical Trials Research Center conducts high-quality science on HIV prevention and treatment to address Zimbabwe’s HIV/AIDS epidemic and contribute to global policy as a center of excellence.
• ZSFG Women’s Options Center offers high-quality, sensitive, and confidential abortion services.
