The Bixby Center is housed in the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital division of the UCSF Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences. We serve as a hub of sexual and reproductive health work at the university and foster a community of more than 200 members spanning disciplines, departments, and schools.

- The Complex Family Planning Fellowship is a 2-year fellowship program in a fully integrated clinical and research environment at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.
- HIVE offers preconception, prenatal, and post-partum services for people living with HIV.
