Join the UCSF Bioethics ProgramĀ for a guest lecture by Risa Cromer, PhD. Dr. Cromer is a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University, where she is affiliated with theĀ Center for Biomedical Ethics and the Thinking Matters program. Her research investigates the reproductive and racial politics within bioethical controversies. Her talk will focus specifically on the ethics surrounding different approaches to managing America's growing frozen embryo surplus and the politics of embryo-saving.
