Information Systems Director, Family AIDS Care and Education Services (FACES)

Ms. Lewis-Kulzer is the information systems director for the FACES program, which is based in Kenya, and the research coordinator for the Adaptive Strategy for Preventing and Treating Lapses of Retention in HIV Care (ADAPT) study that takes places at four FACES-supported health facilities. She has worked in international public health since 2001, specifically in Kenya and Tanzania. She specializes in monitoring and evaluation surrounding HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment inclusive of HIV/TB, antiretroviral therapy, prevention-of-mother-to-child-transmission, male circumcision, and counseling and testing services. She has extensive experience in program development; coordinating operational research; and building collaborative partnerships with donors, local government, academic institutions and nongovernmental organizations for optimal program implementation and evaluation.
