Research Consultant, Innovations for Choice and Autonomy (ICAN)
Emily Himes is a research consultant for Innovations for Choice and Autonomy (ICAN), a four-year implementation research project in Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria and Uganda. She supports qualitative research integral to the project as well as elements of the human-centered design work. Previously, Emily has worked as an abortion counselor, a pediatric nurse practitioner focused on adolescent health, and a school nurse for pregnant and parenting teens.
