Ms. Vogan has developed and delivered numerous curricula and professional trainings in both domestic and international settings encompassing topics such as monitoring and evaluation, group facilitation, behavioral theories, and counseling, testing and referral. She has provided individual consulting with community based organizations and international agencies to build capacity in monitoring and evaluation, behavioral strategies, community development, and social mobilization. She approaches her work with a strong belief in developing sustainable practices and skills based on the strengths inherent in an individual, agency, or community. She has worked in East Africa in both community development and HIV/AIDS prevention and care, as well as domestically with Native American communities, community based organizations, and others. She has worked with CAPTC since 1996.
