Biosketch:

Maria Isabel Rodriguez, MD, is a first year fellow in family planning. She received her MD and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Oregon Health & Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. She has conducted research analyzing the cost effectiveness of hospital policy restricting access to postpartum contraception for underinsured immigrant women. She will continue to research health care policy and cost effectiveness during her fellowship.
