Statewide Webcast for Family PACT Providers

In 2007, the third in a series of comprehensive medical record reviews of Family PACT clients was performed in 201 practices throughout California. While the purpose of the study was to determine whether services delivered to these clients were consistent with Family PACT Program Standards, important observations were made regarding the quality and content of medical record keeping. Using a case study approach, this webinar will report findings of the 2007 MRR, provide examples of good charting, and offer recommendations and resources to improve both the quality of clinical care and of medical record documentation.
