Dr. Seidman spent at year as the interim medical director of the Bay Area Perinatal AIDS Center (BAPAC, now HIVE) at San Francisco General Hospital and the lead perinatal consultant at the Clinician Consultation Center at UCSF, a national consultation service for providers regarding HIV care. Dominika’s interests include the intersection of HIV/STI care and prevention and family planning.

  • Integration of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV prevention into family planning care
  • PrEP for women
  • Contraception and risk of HIV acquisition
  • Family planning & pregnancy care in women living with HIV
  • Family planning & pregnancy care in women in serodifferent relationships
  • Family planning care for sex workers
